Welcome to Cosmic Yoga! I’m so glad you found me. I have practiced and taught yoga & meditation for 20 years.
I have advanced training hours in both Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, & Yoga Nidra, a mindfulness meditation technique.
I’ve been to countless retreats, workshops and trainings in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Integral Breathwork. All of this experience, as well as my training in India, have inspired me to create my own style of Cosmic Yoga.
We’re all recovering from something in this human existence, right? I believe everyone has experienced some form of trauma: grief, stress, heartache, anxiety, depression, etc. The hardest & most rewarding challenge of my life is to vibrate higher in a fallen world.
It has been an ego sacrificing journey that continues one day at a time. Yoga absolutely helped me get to recovery. In my experience, I was not able to get continuous recovery until I took a deep dive into trauma work. Integral Breathwork provided a huge breakthrough for me in becoming whole again & making friends with the shadow side of myself. Now, I also teach Himalayan Breathwork.
I’m a seeker and always looking for modalities outside the box for sustaining and enhancing recovery. Now, I am asking the cosmic Christ to guide me in this restoration process. My goal is to integrate all that I have learned when helping clients restore their mind, body and spirit. Are you ready to take the next step?
